JawBuddy is a personalized self-therapy app for people with painful bruxism and chronic TMJ disorders. We are CE-marked, closing our pre-seed round with leading healthtech experts, and already have first health insurance partners ready.
More than 2,000 people have downloaded JawBuddy. Now we are bringing the app to the many more people who need it.
The role
You will help JawBuddy move faster across business development, partner research, user insights, launch operations, and internal processes. The work changes week to week, so strong judgment and follow-through matter more than a narrow title.
What you will do
- Run research and analysis for growth, partnerships, and market expansion
- Build lightweight operating systems for repeatable team workflows
- Support launches, campaigns, and partner conversations
- Turn founder priorities into clear execution plans
What we are looking for
- Structured thinking and strong written communication
- Comfort with ambiguous, cross-functional work
- Bias toward execution and measurable outcomes
- Interest in digital health, consumer health, or startups
Nice to have
- Experience in consulting, venture building, healthcare, or growth
- German and English fluency
- No-code, analytics, or automation skills
